Higher Self Love

Considering his present circumstances, he had every reason to abandon the faith. In every way that counted, he was stuck. No matter how hard he prayed or how much he meditated,  things would not move. It was as if his creative center had shut down and his vision was now lost. Were it not for his past experience with the divine, he might have returned to his old ways, but he held to the memory of the miraculous. He had been here before, bottomed out with no place to go. In was in this place of stagnation that he found God the first time and from that hardship he saw the vision that led him to his first successes in life. Wisdom told him that he had more lessons to learn and had returned to this place again to gain a deeper understanding.
