And These Are My Choices?

I voted today and I don’t feel good about it. Although I recognize the sacrifices that our ancestors made in order for us to have the right to vote, I am also very aware that the people who are currently in power, did not acquire their status peacefully or democratically. They acquired their position by force. The western European is a numerical minority globally yet through the systematic violence of rape, torture, and murder of indigenous people, they rose to power.  They have imposed their will upon other people and insanely claim that is their god give right to do so even though their methods are in complete opposition with nature. The vote feels empty because it’s a vote within a system that was, is, and always will be corrupt. It was never meant to be fair or equal; the people who set it up lacked the moral and spiritual capacity to do the right thing. It is wise to use every tool of liberation available however the vote always feels like the lesser of two evils. The best choice is to vote for the one that allows you enough wiggle room to actually get free.
